Naruto shares chakra with Hinata and Hinata demolishes Sakura. From there, she can analyze the fight from afar using her enhanced visual prowess; Byakugan, and help Naruto coordinate against Sasuke. Ultimately, Naruto has superior firepower, reflexes, speed and chakra reserves, so his team clearly wins.
Im gonna have to disagree on the bold

while its true naruto possesses greater speed in BM, naruto must go into his larger form to defeat sasuke. in this form he is no faster than sasuke.

and as far as reflex are concerned this should serve to show they are equals

while naruto would rely on sensing notice sasuke follows him with his sharingan and in zooms in on it.

clearly those abilities cancel out the reflexes thing for either side

I concur. Doesn't detract from the rest though (chakra reserves especially). It will be a high difficulty fight though. Can't wait for next chapter though. So we can finally confirm Perfect Susano'o.

Sakura and Hinata are non-factors. Really its just Naruto vs Sasuke.

Naruto wins until we see what Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo can do.

For speculation's sake, I'd say that this would go high-diff either way.
