Kabuto beat Tsunade thanks to her fear of blood.After she overcame that fear she commence to plummeting Orochimaru.I wouldn't take that battle as a display of Tsunade taijutsu skills when the focal point of her fighting was overcoming her fear of blood, not to mention Tsunade wasn't exactly fighting on a day to day basis.she had to bealittle rusty.

Pummeling* & doesn't change the fact that she lost to kabuto and had to use her greatest healing technique in order to repair her body enough to continue the fight.
Plus she beat up (didn't even knockout) an orochimaru who was virtually defenseless. He had no use of his arms for taijutsu or handseals for ninjutsu or summonings & he had just fought jiraiya one on one.
What is truly astounding isn't the ass kicking that she gave Orochimaru, it's that Orochimaru was able to face 2 legendary sannin simultaneously, without the use of his arms, and left the battle without a single serious injury.

A shinobi doesn't lose until they die are retreats, Tsunade didn't do either.Doesn't matter what method she used to heal herself.By the way, creation rebirth isn't her greatest healing tech,Strength of a Thousand is.As for Orochimaru, he was a soul attached to someone else body, that's the only reason he didn't die from Tsunade punches or take any serious damage.Furthermore, the Orochimara taking on two sannin is overblown.Jiraiya was limited to fighting Orochimaru with only taijutsu thanks to Tsunade poison, so Orochimaru had the advantage in the fight with Jiraiya seeing as Jiraiya is mainly a ninujutsu users, while Orochimaru fighting style lends heavily on the evasive side.On top of that, when Tsunade started fighting Orochimaru, Jiraiya didn't engage in the battle, so Orochimaru basically fought both of them one on one.
