Uh, Sasuke? Not only was everyone killed in his clan, friends and so on, they were killed by his own BROTHER. He was tortured and manipulated by Itachi as well. He saw his whole family get killed through Tsukiyomi. He later on finds out he killed his brother, who in reality saved his life and did it for the sake of the village and Sasuke himself.
If i'm not mistaken either, he did see his parents die right in front of him when Itachi sliced them, correct? Than Itachi used Tsukiyomi afterward. If not than disregard that point, I can always look back at the manga and see if i'm right.
Nagato has been through the same thing regarding the parents, but not to the same extent of Sasuke's losses, and he wasn't tortured. Nor did his brother or a relative do it.
It isn't even debatable.
To add to that, He, Itachi and he rest of the Uchiha clan will forever have to be remembered as criminals against the Precious Leaf, so the ignorance of the Leaf village can be protected while they don't even know the trials and tribulations that clan has gone through.
It's fcking disgusting.
