I agree with your points, but all of that could be solved if they actually put time into making a move list for each character. That would give them more abilities and combos to perform, also every character wouldn't play the exact same. Actually giving them costume sets instead of making the same character over would help things.

They should also work on the AI difficulty, even on super hard it's extremely easy to play against. Really the only challenge you can get is from playing people online.

Giving people the option to choose which justu instead of picking between two or three of variations of the same character would un complicate things

And the last thing i mentioned about the subs being apart of the chakra system was something that had already been done and makes for a more leveled fight as well

And the moves in storm 3 can hardly be called a combo when all you have to do is press the same button two or three times.

Alternative jutsu would always be appreciated. There's a certain added bit of depth when you go into battle as Part 1 Itachi or Kakashi and the opponent is expecting their Shippuden versions.

When you have different moves you can never second-guess the opponent from the beginning of the fight. You've gotten learn and adapt to what jutsu they chose.

We don't need too much customisation just 2-3 for every character.

I never bought that one. It doesn't have Tsunade in it so I didn't see the point. xD I still play ultimate ninja 3 and 5 sometimes. I love how they have characters like Anko, Shizune and Kurenai.

True.

I had my brothers copy of storm three for a week after he left it at my house by accident.

I wanted to play since it came out and i found myself back on my pc to play ultimate ninja 3 & 5

Anyone who didn't play the naruto games from ultimate ninja 1 will see this as bickering yet truly have no idea how many ideas from these games were scrapped and replaced with crappy ones.

You're basically asking For Naruto Ultimate ninja 4/5. They allowed Multiple Awakenings (transformations) and when you did you had a different move set and different ultimate. UN4/5 also allowed you to have 4 main jutsu's and at the start screen choose which juts's you would like to use (I.e. Kakashi now has Water shark bullet and Fire style giant fire ball instead of Lighting blade and Lightning beast etc etc)

The PS2 version was 1000000000000000000 times better/fun then the entire storm series put together!

Great assertion.

I initially said 4 because not every justu in their arsenal is or has to be an offensive justu.
Some might have a defensive/supplementry justu that affects stats or something.

Like the first example i gave for sexy justu stunning someone which would cancel that specific action or just affect the persons current stats

Far from it.

People can now rush in use their chakra for justu one after another and not have to worry about saving any for a hasty getaway.

In the storm series with certain characters they can hit you on the floor and the time it takes to get up even with you frantically pushing A or X button to kick jump your character back on their feet gives the opponent ample time to recover their sub bars and since its not connected to the chakra system they can spam justu at you to force you back on the floor.

It is incredibly flawed.

Nobody has to take into account anything they do before they execute an attack.
Meaning no skill is required not even an inkling.

Back then it was should i use a ninjustu now or go in and trade a few blows and save some for a sub later.It actually made you think about what you had to do.

And if you ran out of chakra then your only bet was to actually get better at the game

Back then if you had no chakra left you could still use weapons to fend someone off like throwing one shuriken so it would cancel them jumping from one side of the screen to the other nowadays the weapons land literally like three feet in front of you.Your opponent would have to go out of his or her way to ever get hit by them.
