get 5 hearts by playing with your eevee
then it needs to learn a fairy type move, lvl 19 is baby doll eyes and if u catch it at level 20 then it will learn charm at lvl 29

It's not talking about Sylveon. It's talking about the speculation of a Dragon type Eeveelution. Which seems very possible.

A dragon type is the only logical eeveelution to come out next since after gen 1 the eeveelutions have come in pairs--Dark and Psychic, Grass and Ice, and now Fairy. And the counter-part for fairies are dragons. But will it ever be revealed? Idk. I've searched throughout for the official pokedex of X and Y and I am not impressed at all. If there are to be no more pokemons to be revealed, (and I sincerely hope this isn't the case) then Gen 6 is the shortest generation of Pokemon with only about 69 new Pokemons excluding the Megas since megas aren't really new pokemons, just new forms.

Hahah I certainly hope so.
Since the release of the games, on the pokemon fansites I visit (serebii, Pokebeach, Bulbapedia) and outside of those, they all have the same (or close to the same, some are behind a bit or so) information of the new pokemons.
