not quite.. Tobi could've gotten Kurama's chakra from Naruto since he battled him so often.

It was pretty clear that Kinkaku and Ginkaku were fearsome that got proper Akatsuki treatment: Death by Troll. The concept makes sense due to the word changing, but watching the other two be taken... Darui didn't have the time to change his word and wasn't speaking it. It's just the fact some impossible altercation in the system actually exists in the first place is seemingly cheap much less it just now happens to be exploited.
