Hi guys, as much as i don't like that kabuto guy, I must give it to him, if I'm to outline a list of top flight shinobi, no doubt he'll be among top 10, he has the power to stand toe to toe with the bad guys, he had surpassed orochumaru and the other sages, if not for the fate mated on him by kishimoto, we would have seen a lot more from him.

he has high chakra levels the number of jutsu he can pull of is very high

the only ones who will be able to beat him are those whose abilities is still not clear or those who have element of surprise

if u ask me space time ninjutsu users like minato , tobirama and hahsi , madara , obito(offcourse) , ems sasuke , naruto must be the only ones who might beat him or atleast prove to be a hindraqnce
