The seal forcefully absorbs a user's chakra while giving Orochimaru's own senjutsu chakra into the user's body in return, granting enhancements comparable to those of Sage Mode.[7] The user must also possess an above-average chakra capacity in order to wield the cursed seal's power.[8] The key differences between the sage mode and a cursed seal are that the latter's users have no control over natural energy, thus senjutsu chakra in itself. The forced transformation seemingly eats away at the user's chakra to sustain its state, as Anko noted, with possibly fatal consequences.[9] As long as a user has sufficient chakra to sustain the state, he or she would then obtain additional chakra to perform skills that would have been otherwise incapable of due to exhaustion.[10] However, this additional chakra is separate and distinct from the user's own chakra, and techniques generated whilst in second level transformation assume a different colour.[11] While the enhancements granted by the cursed seals are noteworthy, they mostly are inferior in comparison to those of Sage Mode.

The bolded notes that this is regarding only the forced transformation. Sasuke no longer struggles to contain the curse mark's power as he did pre-VOTE.

Right, the key is the controlling aspect; the explanation you provided from Naruto wikia only covers the curse mark Sasuke had before the death ritual. You're saying it's the same, but on what grounds?
If he's controlling it, then it isn't a forced transformation, and if it's not a forced transformation then what you've provided from the wiki does not apply.
omg! I don't see how this is so hard to understand. THE DAMN EFFECTS ARE STILL THE DAMN SAME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Orochimaru's chakra is still used, it's still absorbing his chakra, etc.

Do you have any evidence at all to support what you're saying rather than throwing tantrums where you fail to establish a connection between your thoughts and facts to structure a basic theory?

If you can't understand such a simple concept that's sad. Go read/watch whenever CM is used, than again read its effects and than try posting here again. Dont post again until you've done that because I refuse to keep wasting my time.

From a 3rd person source? Lol The 1st person sources are what you should base your opinion on; not the 3rd. I could repeat my rebuttal to this response, but apparently you don't read posts that glorify your opinions, so I'll ask you to reread and structure a decent argument.
I'm not trying to insult you buddy, I'm just asking you to provide why, in a scholarly way, you believe your theory to be true. Is that really too much to ask for?
