Well, solo'ing means one person taking out one other person, so no... "Sakura and Chiyo" didn't solo Sasori.

While Itachi could've killed Sasuke, he still pushed Itachi to using Susano'o with Yata, while Sasori openly and blatantly let himself be killed.
