Well I'm not sure what to respond. I have no reason to believe she can't heal the brain/heart damage when she clearly stated she can. Not to mention Obito survived when Kakashi completely destroyed his heart. Why he survived? Because his body is made from Zetsu, who is made from Hashirama's DNA. And as Madara stated, Tsunade has the same regeneration ability as Hashirama. So basically even this supports my point.

You can't compare Zetsu cells and Hashi's healing.. completely different things. One is DNA, one is a medical jutsu. Completely different.
