I'm team Chespin. This game is....well, it's a huge step forward to say the least.

But, the pokemon The pokemon choice in this game is FANTASTIC. It has the best of every generation and i'm only at the second gym. If anyone ever played Pokemon Xd or Colosseum on the Gamecube as a kid then imagine a better cleaner version of that and you have X & Y. They're fantastic, so much new stuff.

I would say don't get it, 80% of the fun of this game is all shock value.

Fennekin was like the most popular on release... :')

Someone from Nintendo supposedly said they purposely made a bunch of sly fox pokemon solely to become fan favourites and attract the furries and stuff. It's Chespin who generally doesn't get the love.

It always seemed to me that the grass type starters never got the love at first sight treatment
