No its not sasori or hanzo, not even nagato who sacrifised himself to resurect the ones he killed. Its uchiha itachi.
Now to explain this lets go back in time to itachi vs kakashi fight. Ofcourse it was not a real fight as itachi was severly holding back coz he didnt want to harm the leaf, but then imagine when itachi used tsukiyomi on kakashi, instead of repeatedly poking him with a needle for 72x60x60 hours, (a life time) imagine if itachi had cast amaterasu on kakashi for that long? Even if it was just for one hour, or even 5 minutes, imagine how horrible it would be? And then imagine itachi casting another tsukiyomi on kakashi who is already in tsukiyomi then burning him in that second tsukiyomi within a tsukiyomi for one sec in tsukiyomi realm, which lasts for an hour. Ofcourse never mind the details, they are a bit complex to comprehend, but that is basically what they call hell, except that itachi can create multiple kakashis and burn them all at the same time! Hahaha. Technically this could go on for infinity, because itachi can cast jutsu within tsukiyomi, remember itachi vs sasuke fight? Now dont you agree that itachi was sooo merciful when he chose to pin prick kakshi for 72hrs and withing those 72 hours each second was an hour?
