Obito has both his Kamui eyes instead of a Rinnegan. His body is modified with Hashiramas cells. He can use all Jutsu shown in the Manga apart from Rinnegan techs. So Izanagi is not restricted.

Scenario 2: Obito can use Susanoo (ms feats)
Scenario 3: See above, but Obito doesn't have Hashiramas cells inside
Scenario 4: He doesn't have Hashiramas cells but still Susanoo

This is a one sided stomp for obito in all scenarios except for 3/4 in which he would win low-mid diff, depending on how badly his eyes get damaged.

Double kamui means that obito cant be touched, he is practically invincible, expecially in this matchup. He can use his jutsus/tools while intangible due to long range kamui, & katon from multiple directions. Obito doesnt need to touch in order to win this time, in fact obito can stay in his kamui dimension if ever he gets overwhelmed.

Susanoo is overkill, he can kamui the magatamas from his dimension, the two scenarios where obito may lose would be in 3/4 & that's because he could lose his eyesight extremely quickly due to kamui. But on the other hand kamui may just be a very low costing jutsu because kakashi is still fine.

It absorbs Chakra in any form. But not all Ninjutsu are a form of Chakra.

Preta Path only absorbs present chakra. A jutsu can be formed with chakra but not have any chakra present after the jutsu has activated.
