Looks
Bazz-B keeps his hair in a long mohawk hairstyle, and wears a pair of earrings in either ear, some of which resemble nuts and screws. His attire is a variation upon the Sternritter's typical white uniform, consisting of the order's signature hooded cloak, a thigh-length trench coat, gloves, and pants which are cropped just above a pair of military boots. He also wears a thin chain around his neck, as well as black armbands around his biceps.
Personality
Bazz-B is a very harsh, hot-headed, short-tempered young man, quick to speak out against something which troubles him. He holds the Joker in high regard, and is loyal to Akuma, willing to fight powerful enemies such as Kages for him. Bazz-B is a very merciless individual, crushing the head of a wounded Shinobi crying for help under his foot.

Background Info
Where exactly Bazz B was born is a mystery in itself. The day he was born, his mother and father abandoned him due to him coming out of the womb with unnatural, glowing white eyes. He was kidnapped from the hospital where he was born, then raised by the Nekura clan, and given to the Akatsuki as a tribute to the Juubi. They referred to the child as "Le Haku Akuma" ("the blue Devil") and believed he was prophesied to unite the warring villages by bringing back the Juubi itself. Being imprisoned by Vincent, who was the leader of akatsuki at the time, the young Bazz B quickly built an inner hatred, no, inner lust towards Vincent. He wanted the power that the man held, he didn't want to feel so helpless, he wanted freedom by any means. During one cold, rainy day in the land that akatsuki resided in (Ame), Bazz B finally saw his opportunity to escape. He quickly dispatched the 2 guards that brought him breakfast that morning, followed by silently making his way out of the prison area. Bazz B snuk through the rainy village, evading all shinobi of the village, though he also placed explosive tags all throughout the areas he scurried around.. By the time he had made it to the borderlands, he had placed over a thousand tags from the prison alllll the way to the borders. With a grimacing smile on his face, he'd detonate them all at once, resulting in a display of violent explosions that sent the village into chaos. He had made a few friends there, but he was nothing more then a prisoner, so in his young, bent mind.... They were all just as bad as the man who caged him up.. he did get one thing out of it, access to the rain element. >.>
Soon after, Bazz B was found unconscious by another man, Solf J. Kimblee to be exact. Solf took him back to his home village where Bazz B was placed under the direct care of Solf's wife, Sindy of the dark release. She taught him the basics of the ninja skills and after Bazz B was good enough, she ordered her husband to help the young orphan with his element affinity. Solf, being the good husband he is, instantly agreed to train Bazz B, saying he saw potential in the boy and he could possibly become a personal student. After teaching Bazz B water release and figuring out that the element wasn't his affinity, Solf kicked the boy out of the house, giving him a few last words of motivation.. "Bazz B, your life will be filled with both Glory and Sin, but know that this here is not the end, yet It's where your story begins...."
After a few years of living as an orphan on the streets, a 10-year-old Bazz B attempted to pick the pocket of Danearys, who unknown to him was the Kazekage. Danearys instantly took the boy off the streets and adopted him into her own family, just as the former Kazekage had done for her. Bazz B's Keigoku manipulation abilities manifested early in his life, although he kept his powers secret from his family and friends, practicing his powers away from prying eyes. When he was 12, she accompanied his friend on his "Tithing", the ritual initiation test of the Sunagakure primes. However, it went awry as they were assigned to steal from the powerful Zero Kelvin, who quickly captured them. Zero recognized Bazz B from an encounter that had taken place in his past. He sold them to a deformed shinobi gangster and child slave trader known as Lili, who planned to sell them and others their age to Kiri as shinobi soldiers. Bazz B used his powers to escape their holding pin, but the physically enhanced Lili quickly caught up to them. Bazz B discovered his signature attack when he was caught again, he opened a portal to the moon directly in front of the woman's face, thus allowing tainted Keigoku to pour into her face, destroying her mind completely. He then made his way in to the ninja world, blindly going on a mission of success and fame...

Fire Affinity
Since Training with Fire masters, Bazz B has found that his affinity for Fire came quite easily. he's able to perform fire techniques with a single hand seal and he recognizes most fire jutsu from hand signs alone due to intricate research on the element and its jutsu.
Wind Efficiency
he's also quite adept with Wind, being able to perform Wind jutsu twice as fast as shinobi of his rank..
Nekura
Bazz B is a member of the infamous Nekura clan. The foul chakra of the Juubi, Keigoku, flows in him, hence giving him a maddening urge to inflict pain to his opponent, breed fear amongst them and avenge the Juubi's defeat. He is ranked as a Paladin, thus allowing his Keigoku to pass through small objects, Fire (most fire), lightning, and wind, and also gives him access to certain techniques. he's immune to Genjutsu and other techniques that insert chakra into his body due to the foul Keigoku rejecting all forms of foreign chakra. he wears an all white cloak, outlined with black that is ankle length, concealing his identity completely if he puts the hood on. The cloak is a special Nekura cloak that can't be cut by any non chakra enhanced weapon. On the upper back is the Nekura clan symbol in green, symbolizing his rank in the clan.
Swordsmanship
Being born Ambidextrous Bazz B is able to weild weapons such as his swords and other weapons with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one he is using. While in combat with just a single sword he usually switches hands alot due to being so used to using two swords at once. Being a Kenjutsu master who's been in numerous close range battles, he has increased his reaction time x2. Like any other shinobi, he carries the usual weapons such as kunai, flash bombs etc. On his back, strapped on horizontally, is two normal sized katanas.
Aquatic Summonings
Bazz B, after coming across the owner of the Cubozoa and Toad contracts was allowed to sign these fearsome creatures. As a result, he has become capable of utilizing jutsu associated with the contracts and is able to summon them to battle at any time to aid him. From signing the Cubozoa contract he was gifted with the physical ability to efficiently resist the Cubozoa's venom to a certain extent, though too much could still be fatal. Both contracts interested and went well with him due to them being aquatic creatures and him loving the element of water. he copes very well with each summoning animal and can fight side by side in complete unison with them.
