I want Orochimaru to somehow eat the fruit that the Shinju grows, and have an epic last battle with the alliance. Using the Edo Hokage that he controls and poisoning Hashirama with the Anti-Mokuton venom.

In the end, I want him to be defeated and thrown into the Shinju to be zapped of chakra in some gruesome way.

Naruto; similar to Sasuke but he gives a speech to the next Hokage

Kakashi; defending Naruto and Sasuke as they deliver the final flow to Obito. he dies thinking the next generation is in good hands

Shikamaru; of old age before his wife

Kakashi wont die because he died once already. kishimoto knew it was bad marketing to kill kakashi so he brought him back. i got the power of the all mighty dollar behind my favorite character. kakashi is immortal via Monetary Jutsu.
