Only reason Yamato wood held the four tail beast down is because the wood style suppresses the tail beast within. Jugo was held by Sasuke snakes because Sasuke is similar to Kim in making Jugo feel at ease and suppresses his curse mark. Other than that Yamato is not suppressing Suigetsu because he is water himself. If Yamato pulls up trees in reality this would be Yamato down fall because all trees have water inside them to transport most minerals. We seen most of Yamato tree attacks get planted by a root. This in turn will back fire against him going against Sugetsu which would use that same water source to crush him or get close to him for a close combat in which Suigetsu is winning. Jugo would rape Sai before he has a chance to do anything. Sai would make animals out of his pantings which Jugo would blitz then he will try to escape on his bird drawing. Jugo will go jet pack and kill him. His little sword sword isn't going to do damage to Jugo because he has the arm block shield.
