Guy and Tsunade > Gaara. Not debatable. Adding the other fodders is overkill.

I was talking about the 2nd scenario. The first can go ether way, but he wins in the 3rd.

Gaara loses hard. Everybody jumps on Choji's back and flies to Gaara where Tsunade proceeds to punch the living daylights out of him with Susanoo shattering strength. Any sand attack he attempts will be deflected by Guy's Morning Peacock and Afternoon tiger, Kiba's dog transformation attack, Neji and Hinata's Empty Palm and Neji's Kaiten(Tsunade can supplement them chakra to make those techs bigger and can summon Katsuyu to keep healing Guy for more Gates attacks) Gaara is dead.

I Honestly don't see Gaara winning 1st one despite the desert.

Two of the best medic nins will constantly heal and charge Gai up and he keep spamming morning peacock and Hirudora; Gai would punch the daylights out of Gaara. Even if there is required time for healing; Katsuyu can be attached to Gai so he can get healed during battle. At worst case scenario Sakura heals him while Tsunade and 11 other shinobi are keeping him at bay.

i am debating it. as i said gaara fought third raikage, 4th kazekage, 2nd mizukage and mu. he defeated 3 of those people and almost restrained the 4th completely.
2nd, gaara can fly. i dont know why you dont know this. tsunade is FUKIN POWERLESS against him unless she learns some long range attacks.
gai, well we already know that concussive force vs gaara is not going to be all that effective. he supressed and tanked deidaras village buster and trollkage's jouki boi head on. AT is doing nothing to him.

Was he alone? No. A couple of fodders helped him.
