He clearly said he made this with someone else. However there is hell of a lot of difference between working together with someone (which would theoretically mean something like 50/50 in terms of input) and simply claiming you made something (regardless of whether it was with someone else or not) while you didn't. That's nothing more than ripping, so how is that ignorant again?

It's by now fairly certain he indeed ripped, meaning there will be consequences.
