Orochimaru's Jutsu Dilemma

For a dude that's hyped to know all these jutsu, why the hell does he use that darn snake jutsu all the time?

You don't just perform any just for the hell of it you use what the situation calls for.

His snake appendages are quite quick to react and retract allowing him to safely attack the chakra absorbing tree branches from a distance.

It was also noted on a few occasions that his chakra is particularly strong evident by the fact a portion allowed kabuto to go into sage mode while some of his chakra was already sealed to begin with.

Really though its because it gives his character the qualities he needs to be different. thats pretty much it. hes the snake dude in naruto so it would not make sense if he used all his other jutsu as constantly as he uses the snakes. all in all its so that kishimoto could establish orochimaru as the snake guy of the series. its a writers tactic and nothing more

Tsunade perfectly lives up to her hype... it was stated that she can't be killed in a battle and she wasn't killed yet...

I was thinking about the taijutsu hype in her case... It's good now but just not something i see as being unmatched.
