Looks: Kuroh is a tall, young man with long, black hair and gray eyes. His hair is tied into a ponytail and his bangs are swept away from his face. He wears a long, black jacket with gold trimmings, opened with an upturned collar and rolled-up sleeves, wearing a long-sleeved white shirt underneath, straightened with an unorganized blue necktie. Below, Kuroh wears black pants and white shoes. He carries his sword beside his waist.
Personality: Kuroh is a quiet, serious and composed individual that appears tough and completely no-nonsense on the surface. He is very determined to accomplish his goals, whatever they may be, but despite so Kuroh is willing to set them aside for the finer things in life, such as genuine companionship. Kuroh says that he follows a policy where, rather than judging a man by his appearance or words, their actions are what matters more. Although his genuine nature contradicts, Kuroh does have a soft heart, which at times causes him to be very gullible.

Background Info
History:Kuroh was born in Amegakure and in the Valentine family. He never knew his parents because they were killed in battle against some rouge ninjas. So Kuroh was adopted by his future master Ichigen Miwa Valentine, who took care of him like a father. A man that was known to make the young strong. Once Kuroh became a little older he began to train with Ichigen. As Kuroh began to get used to training and lived with Ichigen he began to call him master. However, after unknown circumstances, Ichigen had passed away, leaving behind a will in which telling Kuroh to search for his successor and see if he is good or evil if he is evil then he may kill him but Kuroh decided to get training from different people. So once he got older he began water training with Howard and he didn't stop there. Korra and Shinta all villagers from Amegakure started to train him. He also met a bunch of new friends Thoth, Akasha, Froz, Pain, blaise, Yusuke, Solf J. noob, Klaus, Vincent, Ouacus, Leaf, Neilson and others. Now Kuroh hopes to become the strongest shinobi.

Wind Affinity: After some though training in the wind element with Ushiro, Kuroh is now capable of using wind jutsu with just one hand seal.
Water Affinity: After some though training in the Water element with Shinta, Kuroh is now capable of performing jutsus with faster hand seals.
Valentine Clan Abilities: Kuroh now has improved transformation abilities, as well as the ability to passively absorb senjutsu, although only sufficient to source the chakra for the modes used in this style. Due to this ability to absorb senjutsu chakra and it regulating around him at all times, his physical strength and durability increases (+15 damage to all taijutsu) as well as ninjutsu abilities (+10 damage to all ninjutsu). Due to his training with natural energy, he has the ability to detect living things through their life force. He is also naturally more resilient than normal humans and as such has a high resistance to toxins and pathogenic matter, as well a longer lifespan.

Valentine’s Cursed Seal (Tanabata Juinjutsu)

Description: A technique that brings a member of the Valentines under the control of the user. The techniques works similarly to Hyuuga’s Juinjutsu, and is only taught to the high ranking members of the clan and select officials of the Rain village/Akatsuki as a countermeasure against betrayals. The seal is placed on all members of the Clan upon joining and is automatically activated upon death. The seal has numerous functions, primarily causing an extreme paralysis with a single Seal of Confrontation, the same way Danzo’s Juinjutsu works. The curse seal has the appearance of a Black Heart placed on the right side of the members chest. When activated sealing scripts pour out of the heart and bind the body.
The secondary function of the seal is to completely this destroy the victim’s body. The function activates automatically upon Death but can also be forcefully triggered by a user of this technique. When activated, the Black heart on the chest breaks apart and splits into two. This makes the seal unstable and the effects extends to the victims body, the seal absorbs natural energy at an extreme rate quickly petrifying the victim into a statue form. This both kills the victim (If he’s alive) and completely destroys the D.N.A rendering the body unusable.
Alternatively, the technique could also be applied on opponents in the middle of battle by striking the chest. The seal has the same effects of paralysis and petrification even on Non-Valentines. Also, activating the seal against an opponent counts as one of the user's 3 jutsu per turn.

Weapon: Kotowari
a sword that once belonged to Kuroh's former master, Ichigen Miwa. It is currently in Kuroh Yatogami's possession.
Appearance: It is a katana with black tsuka ito weave with a ornate silver same under the cord, and a bronze kashira. It has a black tsuba with a normal steel blade; the scabbard is dark blue and has a bronze tip that matches the kashira.
Umbrella's: Hidden Rain's signature weapon. Umbrella's are shown to be used frquently by Rain ninja in anime/manga, this is an optional weapon to add to their biographies. Their abilities:
Gliding: Once high in the air and using a wind technique to create a gust an open umbrella could allow extended periods in air by gliding, with the advantage of wind direction user could move long distances slowly but easily and dropping in altitude. With any given technique that pushes, a user could glide above 25m high in the air and move with the speed of 8m/turn.
Senbon Shower: releases a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. Although the needles are said to be able to pierce a five millimetre thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. Medical ninja can dip their senbon with poison to increase their lethality.

Sheild: The cover of the umbrella is made up of metallic threads, capable of defending against weak physical attacks and projectiles.
Added Modification: Wires, the ribcage of the umbralla could be modified to shoot out wires from the end. This could be used to bind targets.
