What the ****??

That's a damn messed gauntlet.

Itachi at 5 and Kisame at 9??? Jiraya at 2 but Kakuzu at 6??? Plz don't say you actually tried to put the strongest characters last, cause that'd just be sad...

In any case:

If we're talking SM Jiraya then he might loses at number 2 to be honest. Being a Perfect Jinchuriki makes you super strong for sure, but so is Jiraya. Could go both ways though.

But i'm pretty sure he loses at Deidara though

Deidara specializes in long range and has incredibly speed while on his Clay Bird. I don't think Roshi would be able to get into range to be honest (Unless the starting distance is like 10 m

).
And in any case his attacks are deadly even for a Bijuu as proved when he took down the 3 Tailed.

Having full knowledge gives him a chance, but I still see Deidara having the best chances though.

IF he somehow manages to beat Deidara then he 100 % loses to Itachi though.

Lol the list had nothing to do with Tiers above but random match up.

My focus now would be where people claim he stands no chance against, starting now.

What does he not stand against Itachi? He has everything he needs to counter 97% of Itachi's attacks.

How so? I'm pretty sure with access to all Lava Release he can counter Kisame's Water Relase Countering Lava with water is like countering Water with Lightening. They both have counters on each other depending how you use it against;t each other.

As for the MS users. What can't he counter?
