hi I brought vol 1 - 65 of one piece like six months back for £90 but its just been sitting in the box I don't know much about the series so was wondering is It really worth reading???

For me Arlong arc and marineford war arc was the best.
but there are other arcs which tells u to cherish friendship(nakama)and all which is the highlight point in one piece.
story is good.character development is better than Naruto.Zoro's badass is also nice.
so overall u can read it but remember there r 700+ chapter.

kinda sounds nice knowing that it's take days to read with 700+ chaps also just quickly glanced the latest chap seems like its no way near the end compared to naruto so its nice to now the even if naruto ends there's still a story out there to enjoy

Naruto became lame and boring as well especially after war arc.

currently one piece is like what 60% complete i guess.
but if u like the concept of friendship,fighting 4 justice & stand against world government.

lol yh that seems something i'll enjoy I watched the first ep once and I read half the first volume and kinda confused as they differ from each other so should I watch the anime first then the manga or the other way?

I don't see what is so childish about ... when you in real life you want the same... you want to achieve x goal and become stronger or smarter to protect what you love.

I would read it, don't give up on it though because a lot of people do, it gets better, though I liked it from the start of my time reading it. Try it out if you don't like it, at least you can say you tried.


I read the manga and watch the anime, though I prefer the anime, the pacing isn't the same as the manga. The anime is also much better than Naruto's anime so that is something else you can look forward to.

-less filler, not a staring contest like Naruto's anime, the music and everything in between seems better to me when it comes to One Piece.

Dude, you should read what you bought. It starts out slow and gradually gets more fast pace, but the story is always golden. Easily, one of the top mangas ever and currents chapters are epic.
