Does Ino know medical ninjutsu?

Yes she was another student of tsunade .

But her medical jutsu is basic kind of the same level as karin healing .

For me Ino is allready an amazing characters only with her clans skills she can take control of almost everything and can communicate to all with her miond transfer which not spectacular but amazing skills.... if you add to that some low medical skills she is for sure much better than Sakura or Shizune for sure

Going by 1st part of Naruto Series, Ino can perform some basic medical ninjutsu like healing minor wounds, restoring little bit of chakra exhaustion, hemostatic jutsu etc..
But in 2nd part of Naruto series, it is not shown what exactly her level of skills are in medical ninjutsu.

She is not better medic than shizune and sakura .

She is not a sensor. Her father is/was though. As far as battles go, she is more of a long-range support character. I assume she can fight one to one but that is subpar compared to everyone else. Her redeeming quality is that she is mastering the yamanaka clan techniques very well. She can do a Shintenshin almost as well as her father though she still has a ways to go. Her healing abilities are considered average or slightly above average because I doubt a Yamanaka could do worse than that. Ino has really good chakra control as displayed when Tsunade asked her to help in sealing the 3 Tails. She seems to be less naive than Sakura and I like how kind she is especially towards Choji and Akamaru.
