well right now that we seen that Naruto could learn new jutsu faster by using his clones I think he could but I don't know about Sasuke

i know naruto learn fast then sasuke u remember before the chunnin exam kakashi was train sasuke shidori it was one month before the chunnin exam start. naruto learn rasengan in one week
