The edos dont have talismans, kabuto needs dat prep & the conditions of what program they have.

Kabuto doesnt have anko's chakra, he can't change the programs of his edos remotely & his binding power is significantly weaker.

Some edos (Zabuza/Haku, Hanzo, Sai's brother) can resist or fully contradict kabuto's commands, proving to ruin his strategy (hanzo can poison kabuto's other edos, if he even manages to summon them in time).

All in all, kabuto with edo tensei & no prep/anko is just a huge mess, team 1 babyshakes. u_u

Only if Orochimaru/Kabuto let them have their personalities. Orochimaru can bind even Tobirama now because of Hashirama's DNA, so yeah, Team 2 roflstomps.

No, the power in Anko's Cursed Seal was used to strengthen the bind. But since Orochimaru is here himself, Anko isn't necessary, not like she was anyway, since the talismans can be placed directly.

Oh and the OT restricts Hashirama, but as Tobirama can be bound, he could be of great help.

Talismans cant be changed remotely & they need to be placed in order for the edo to work (without anko).

Kabuto isnt absorbing anko anymore, oro is in control, that means that the above rules apply to kabuto but not to oro, however as I said tobirama is not letting oro use his body with his jutsu so it then becomes useless for him.
