[Question] Luffy's haki vs old enemies

How many of his old enemies do you think Luffy can take out with Conquerors haki?
The types like Crocodile,Enel,Arlong etc

Oda said that if Shanks would use his haki in Fishman island, he would've taken out 100.000 fishman, all the commanders AND Hody.

So it's not just for the weak willed, it also depends how strong your own haki is.

Let's say luffy's haki has 50 power it knocks out all fodder who are worth 20 and guys like Croc and Hody might have 200 and are left unaffected. While Shanks may have a haki of 500 and he also has things he can't knock out like other yonkou.
