old hiruen was able to jump away from the range of the tech lawl and obito had to be restrained for tobirama to put the tags close to him and you think kakuzu will get caught easily

Even without Domu, Kakuzu can just use Atsugai to blow away the tags or he can use Zukkoku to make them explode before they reach him. Lol

Increasing the amount will increase the force. The moment Tobirama tags Kakuzu with a paper bomb and uses his edos as nukes, Kakuzu will not survive, unless you think Domu can tank a FRS from KCM Naruto, as they are compare-able.

Because its hidden in his back, and Tobirama has no intel on how Kakuzu can perform these jutsu's ....not to mention its not like he would ever get the chance, Domu clearly covers the mask as well.
