However, this is not a perfect world that can be fixed with simple words and simple hopes. You need to realize just what kind of hell some people go through every day. Do not say that everyone should be treated equally when some work 24/7 just to be able to barely provide for their families, while some do nothing and are treated better. We humans need leaders to lead and guide us to do what is right because we are very frail individuals. This is where the "we should all have the same rights" thing is put down, because if everyone were given the same rights.... no one would live life. This is the truth.

Wrong, because I hate socialism. You're mistaking the meaning of equality I want to say. The equality that I'm supporting is the equality as citizens, which means that citizens would have the same rights and duties. I'm not saying people should gain the same amount, live the same life stile, be equals. We are individual beings, we are not equal and we'll never be. That's why socialism is idealistic and impossible.

However, we live in society, so we must find ways to make life in society the best as possible, a democracy that is. So, as citizens, we should have the same rights, because that would avoid hatred between the different groups of society. However, we shouldn't try to pretend that the differences don't exist and every person is exactly like the other, as I said, we are individual beings, with different characteristics and ideas from one another. But for life in society, this differences must be respected. That's why people should have their rights. I'm not saying they should be treated exactly equally, one has the right to like/dislike someone, to agree/disagree with something. However, one must respect the differences, otherwise, chaos, fights, wars will rise.

Someone working 24/7 to earn the bare minimal is actually fairy benefited by Equal Rights (which ensures that he is not discrminated) ... equal right means if two person just scrubs the toilet as a result of not having any skills both of them will get the same pay, it also means that if one of the scrubber is actually skilled and has valid proof of that then he can compete for a job with others of his field whatever may be his gender, class, creed, religion etc etc etc .... Equal rights mean fair treatment not free food, shelter and clothing like you are seemingly implying.

Well the thread is much more concerned with the 'both are hate' part of the two and is currently ignoring 'different ball parks' as its totally a different ball game.

Are you yet to realize that Socialism is actually a economic system while Equal Rights is more of a code by which how the the Judiciary, Legislative etc will work (basically how the citizens will be treated) ..... Also just like Racism, homophobia, and discrimination .. disease, murder and crime will always stay with us .. that doesn't mean we wont try to stop it.

Indeed, these problems will be with us, because it's form our human nature. Homophonia, racism, discrimination in general, are just forms of disrespect. Humans can't respect and accept different characteristics, opinions or ideals. Whenever differences are faced, a group try to impose characteristics, opinions or ideals. If that fails, the group will try to eliminate the differences, leading to fights in order to eliminate the other groups.
This is something that will harm life in society. That's why the best way to live in society is a democracy. With representatives of all the groups for society trying to established what's best for them, we get the closest thing to respect. Given the same rights is the best way to try to erase the disrespect.

This is where socialism is mistaken. It tries to put everybody equal in everything, it tries to erase the differences and pretend they don't exist. This is the mistake of socialism. We should respect the differences, because that is what is the best for the population. With respect, the fights will decrease.
The best way to fight the disrespect is the equality as citizens(the same rights and duties). With this, people will have to learn to live with the differences, to accept them. And with time, respect between the groups will increase. This is the closest we can get to the ideal.

See the difference? Socialism tries to erase the differences, on the other hand, giving the groups the same rights try to make them accept the differences.

And as OP stated and explained before .... his view is that Equal Rights system should modeled after where people learn to 'respect' each other not a system where the government 'compensate' for disrespect (As per his view, the compensations itself continues the cycle of disrespect) .... The OP doesnt want 'roles' to disappear, he wants that people who play the 'roles' are treated equally neither provided perks nor disadvantages no matter his status.
