simple. Anyone with Rinnegan can automatically use the same techniques Nagato used on Naruto and Bee. All they need is the chakra levels and chakra control.

It also means we can use this confirmed feat in debates.

Not really talking about Obito, talking about Madara.

I don't know if Obito can use all of them, but Madara proably can.

I hear it all the time that Madara can't use all the paths, because he hasn't shown them.

And how would konan know that? Madara clearly stated that he would train obito to use the 6 paths jutsu. Why train if he would just learn it by transplant?

Hagoromo had all 5 basic natures and Yin/-Yang, any other user gains the same natures, thereby giving them access to the jutsu he used.

Viz can be pretty darn awful sometimes though. The best piece of Viz translation has to be the name of the Yamanaka's Mind Transfer Technique, which was 'Art of the Valentine'. :|

The eyes give them the ability and potential but training must still take place in order to use them effectively.

There is nothing confirms Obito cant use Rinnegan techniques but there is however manga pages that confirms he can use them.

First, Madara taught these techniques to Obito[

Third, we have the Konan's statement saying that anyone with Rinnegan can use them.

These are all confirmed feats and same thing applies for Madara. Only reason they're not using them is because of the PLOT nothing more. Rinnegan used would finish the Naruto series and Kishi doesn't want that so he is restricting them from using it.

this scan plain proves any fodder can use rinnegan instantantly.and rinnegan is the greatest dojutsu so i can conclude that:
dojutsus aren't really hard to use.
we can conclude also that obito is below fodder level since he couldn't use it despite having rinnegan.
that's my take on this.

I'm curious.
I think that he would just be able to learn any elemental ninjutsu out of the gate without having to worry about learning how to use the element.
