Not much is known of him, he solo'd like 15 Jounin with roatation in Part 1. But then again Hebi Sasuke solo'd 1000 ninja before he took over Orochimaru's body.

Sasuke's best chance lies with Sharingan genjutsu.

Going by stats, Sasuke solos. I'd say Sasuke takes it in the third scenario, by trolling him with Manda, Hiashi takes it scenario two and Hiashi wins/comes to a stalemate in the first scenario.

Hebi Sasuke is much faster from feats and since knowledge is full he knows that a single hit from a Hyuuga could be deadly so he's not gonna let that happen.

Hebi Sasuke has some really powerful Lightning Style, without even counting Kirin, and those will be big trouble for Hiashi to deal with. He also masters Fire Jutsus and though they're not as powerful as his Raiton, they'll still be very usefull in this match up cause they have longer range.

On top of that he also masters kenjutsu and a single hit from a lightning enhanced sword could be the end for Hiashi.

Overall i'd say Hebi Sasuke takes it mid diff.

As 13 year old kid Neji had mastered the clans strongest techniques even though nobody taught them to him, cause he wasn't from the main branch.
Hinata is 16 now and has gotten intense training from both Neji and Hiashi for years now, yet she still hasn't mastered Rotation and just recently mastered 64 palms.

There's a reason why Neji was called a genius you know. He isn't a noob compared to Hiashi he's pretty much an equal.
