Rate Naruto without Kurama and Sasuke without Sharingan

But I rate Naruto low jounin, and Sasuke chuunin.

Naruto without Kurama = Still have Sage mode, can fuse with ma and pa toads, Toad summons, Rasengan and its variants, FRS, and possibility of both or atleast one of his parents alive. That makes him easily Mid-High Kage level.

Sasuke without Sharingan = Chidori (still needs sharingan for more precise control), other chidori variants, kenjutsu, snake summons, katon jutsu's, Kirin, genjutsu, curse mark (?). So he'd be about high jonin.

What chidori? Are you dumb? Kakashi learned chidori without rasengan, and all those techs are related to chidori. Summoning jutsu doesn't require sharingan, kenjutsu doesn't require sharingan, and fire style is his natural affinity.
