Befitting his appearance the Raikage seems to prefer taijutsu combat, to the point that he has yet to be seen using traditional hand seals-based ninjutsu. He has shown tremendous prowess in this field: when Naruto and Killer B tried escaping him, A showed considerable taijutsu skill, stalling Naruto and B for a considerable amount of time before letting them pass, even turning B's use of the Eight-Tails' tentacles against him. However, he did state that he needed the Hokage's help after some time. While possessing powerful and extremely fast punches, A prefers to use wrestling-style moves, than those of standard taijutsu, such as throws, take-downs, leg drops, high-flying strikes and in the anime, dropkicks.
As the Raikage, A is undoubtedly an extremely powerful shinobi. His younger brother Killer B also mentioned in his fight with Sasuke that, before him, only A was able to deflect the Eight-Tails.[10] A's signature fighting style is a combination of taijutsu and ninjutsu to form the powerful nintaijutsu, which circumvented time-consuming hand seals. It is for this very reason that losing his left arm to Sasuke did very little to impede his fighting abilities. Despite the loss of his arm, A was still chosen to be Supreme Leader of the Allied Shinobi Forces, further implying the levels of his might.

Onoki

Ōnoki possesses the ability to use the kekkei tōta known as Dust Release, by simultaneously using three natures: earth, wind, and fire. He is the second shinobi in existence with this ability after his predecessor, the Second Tsuchikage, Mū. Ōnoki's Dust Release ninjutsu allow him to pulverise his enemies to molecular-sized dust. His techniques can be so destructive that they reputably are capable of destroying an entire island.[25] His Dust Release is strong enough to completely obliterate Madara Uchiha's Susanoo as well as the special pollen producing trees that he created in one blast.[26] He also has shown the ability to alter the size of his Dust Release technique as well as the shape, being able to split it down the middle

During battle, Gaara rarely moves, attacking with his sand from a single location, and rarely uses taijutsu. When first introduced, his basic means of attacks is to first use Sand Binding Coffin to capture, immobilise, and potentially suffocate an opponent with sand. Once the opponent is subdued, he uses Sand Waterfall Funeral to cause the sand to implode crush the opponent with varying intensities. Though he comes up with other means of attack throughout the series, the "catch and crush" tactic remains at the centre of his fighting style.

Sasuke

When Sasuke gained the Mangekyō Sharingan, he manifested Amaterasu during his battle with Killer B. During the Kage Summit, he developed an advanced Fire Release known as the Blaze Release; an element that draws its power from Amaterasu. Aside from unleashing a wave of unquenchable black flames that incinerates everything that reflects in his eyesight, Sasuke can control the movement of the flames into surrounding him and creating spikes to protect himself. As such, he was regarded as more skilled with it than Itachi was by C.[61] When he gained his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, his Blaze Release greatly improved. He could combine Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi with Susanoo to create Amaterasu swords and arrows that can pierce through heavy defences and ignite them,[28] and create a barrage of Amaterasu magatama to handle multiple enemies.[62] Sasuke could also use his Kagutsuchi without using Susanoo for more direct usage

Sasuke and Gaara win low-mid diff.

-Gaara's sand is a sufficient defense for Ay's attacks but the only problem is his speed, which is pretty much null when Gaara can take flight on a piece of sand.

-Ay's speed is pointless against Sasuke when the former can't even break through or injure his Susanoo, the only problem is catching Ay but Gaara's AoE sand attacks should suffice.

-Onoki's Jinton has a charge up time, Sasuke's Amaterasu or Susanoo arrow (If he's close enough) would intercept Onoki before he ever completed charging Jinton up. Not to mention Sasuke can fly with the help of his Hawk or using Gaara's sand. Doesn't matter which one.

Oh yeah, I forgot that Ay can fly with Onoki's help. Well, it still won't help them get past Gaara's sand defense, and Sasuke can even house Gaara in his Susanoo to protect him from any of their strikes.
