NO. 8.. Hes the only one that can take multiple enemies at once.. To me its not who's the best but who do you want in your army.. side note i hate when people bring up sum FUC*** random answers.. "oh oh Itachi solos", " oh wait sasuke blah blah" "oh man orochimaru solos look at this gif" Dude naruto was in tailed beast mode that means hes not thinking. Its not really hard to catch naruto slipping when hes blinded by anger..

Thats seems legit...mifune is a boss with blades..

That's speaking PURELY in terms of swordsmanship w/o any special properties or abilities: No Raiton... no Liquification, etc. When it comes to pure swordplay Mifune is unrivaled unless you count Hanzo's Sickle blade (can't remember the name) as swordsmanship.

Last time I checked, Suigetsu older brother mastered all the mist swordsman blades. I choose him.

Sasuke got soloed with help by Bee so yeah.. Get that out of here.

On swordplay and sword skill it is easily KillerBee.
-No one can go toe to toe with him in a sword fit. Sasuke a proficient sharingan user couldn't keep up and nether could Sugetisu who is a master swordsman.
-KillerBee is the best hands down

Refer to my above post !!!! Hiko Sejiro XIII and Kenshin Himora are probably the greatest swordsmen in manga history. At the very least Hiko Sejiro XIII since he fights better than Kenshin while wearing a 200 pound cloak as I recall. Could be a little less.

The Hanzo that was Edo'd was not the same.

Recall the flashback in which Mifune was in a younger and more primal state (seemingly better than what he would be as an old man). Hanzo defeated him with just his bade.



The Hanzo that was brought back was massively rusty. He spent years in seclusion and not honing his skills in order to prevent being assassinated. Of course it backfired as Pain could kill him without effort due to his rusty skills.

Even Jiraiya as he fought Pain was surprised someone could defeat Hanzo alone. Just a testament to his overall skill.

Sasuke. Saw Zabuza fight and therefore has his same ability, except enhanced with the Sharingan.

By that logic than so does Kakashi.

OP: Of the ones you listed it's definitely Zabuza then Suigetsu but how could you leave off Mangetsu literally the best of the 7 swordsmen since he was the only one able to weild every blade. On a side note Kisame has the best sword but he is not the best swordsman.
