They should say Madara's team. Tobirama is a nonfactor and Hashirama isn't beating Madara+Akatsuki.

This isn't debatable. The Akatsuki would destroy Tobirama. He stands no chance. Itachi or Nagato will solo him. Althought the others can't solo because they lack a sealing jutsu unless Sasori has a Human Puppet that possesses a sealing jutsu. I'm not counting Obito though.

Madara himself is capable of taking down Hashirama and with the Akatsuki on his side, Hashirama doesn't stand a chance.
