Where would you rank Kimimaro?

I personally put him at number 38. This is when he is healthy. Meaning, basically his edo tensei feats.

Top 35, really. While he's an incredibly strong shinobi and could be considered low kage level by skill..He's too straight forward in some instances and the lack of diversity in his attack style doesn't do him well against opponents of around the same skill level

It's very difficult to rank him. Let's just say that the guy was dangerous even when he was deathly sick.
If he were in a prime state I'd probably rank him pretty high, but I couldn't give you a general number grouping.
