I voted fotr Sakura with a high level of difficulty assuming she has the antidote on her again during the fight.

In their first fight, Sakura only needed old lady Chiyo in the first half of the fight controlling her because only Chiyo knew all of Sasoir's secret traps and counter attacks in his puppets; so Chiyo was able to move and controll Sakura in such a way to best counter the traps and secret attacks of those puppets; or move and attack with the mindset of knowing what will potentially be coming at you

But as the fight raged on sometime around or right after taking down the 3rd Kazekage puppet Sakura was moving on her own, unassisted. And eventualy lady Chiyo became a liability that Sakura had to protect. By that point in the fight, Sakura had figured out the mechanics of fighting the puppet master.

I feel as though going a second round against the same puppets, she can do it on her own now because she knows what to expect and can counter. And has shown to have the speed to counter on her own. It's just ashame after such a major accomplishment and impressive win, Kishi pretty much did nothing with her afterwards and didn't focus more on that; focusing more on naruto & Sasuke's development. It's Neji all over again

And by this point in the fight Sakura had figured out perfectly just ow to read Sasori's attacks and movements to assist her in evading his attacks without any help from Chiyo. Sakura discovered this was the weakness of puppeteers: being able to read teir finger and hand movements in order to determine the direction of the attack...Sakura can now see through his attacks

Now I voted 50% giving him a 50/50 shot at winning, cuz it'll be awfully hard now that Sakura knows pretty much all of his attacks and now knows how to read his his moves; and it's awfully hard to beat someone who knows what's coming before it comes and is able to evade

Sakura has a chance. Not a great chance but we didn't have a whole lot of percentage choices. No way she stands no chance given her advantage of reading his attacks and having an antidote to his poisons. But I favor Sasori. But not to underestimate Sakura and her chances

Sakura was coming at him at full force & he was countering and given how close she already was & her momentum...no way to couter when attacking at full speed and in the air and in the middle of an attack. Same thing like with the drawback of the chidori without having the sharingan

But whn waiting and letting the attacks come to her like she did against Sasori
