I'll give it to Naruto and Sasuke. BM Naruto was handling the Bijuu's well. BSM will stomp them. From there, Obito won't be able to discern the difference between clones while Naruto makes a bunch, to flood him and he will have to absorb one at least to prevent dying. He only has a 5 minute time limit which will be countered with the clones and various Enton techs from Sasuke.
Here is my out take on how Tobi can take this:
It will not be as easy for Naruto to defeat the Bijuu simply because he had good supporting characters helping and stalling. Characters like Bee, Guy, and Kakashi. Not only will not be easy for Naruto, even having Sage boost, because Obito is still able to switch on and off, on what mode would be best to fit the battle situation. Example, If going full Buijuu allows his support to become a bigger target in some situation he can always un-form them to fit the battle situation [
