He had to get put out of action for a week after being in 3T for about 10 minutes against Zabuza.

Comes back later in the arc and is able to be in 3T for just as long, finish the fight vs Zabuza, make many kage bunshins to fend off Gato's men, and walk straight back to konoha afterwards.

Is barely able to use kamui against Deidara, took forever to take off his arm.

Later against Pain he is able to stop a bullet in mid flight twice, one of them being at point blank range, and the other right before it hit Choji.

Was hospitalized or died whenever he used Kamui twice.

Now is able to shoot kamuis like he shoots Shurikens.

Proof that Kakashi is actually a Saiyan.
