For this fight, lets assume for some reason Deidara was brought back to life, and has received intelligence on Deidara from Onoki and Sasuke, and has learned Deidara's techniques.

Location:
Outskirts of Sunagakure

Intelligence:
Full intel on both sides, Gaara knows all of Deidara's techniques, and Deidara knows all of Gaara's.

Restrctions:
None

Conditions:
Suna was evacuated due to possible threat, so the village is empty, and Gaara's only focus is Deidara.

Intent:
Kill

Due to the fact that Gaara has intel on C4, I would usually give it to Gaara, but I re - read Deidara vs Sasuke yesterday and found out that the nano bombs will enter the target's body even if he / she doesn't breathe them in. >_>

Gaara's sand hasn't showed to be faster than before... So deidara is still able to dodge the sand with some trouble, if he can get away from the sand and release C4 he wins...

Gaara with C4 intel could actually counter it with two different strategies:

1) Simply outrunning the bomb.
2) His sand

Sand Dome sounds plausible, but he would need oxygen sooner or later so he'll need to create some kind of hole and the nano bombs will enter.

Gaara's sand dome is pretty big. He would have at least 50-70 minutes before he runs out of oxygen.

Excuse me, it's hard to read something typed by someone who clearly reads and writes on a 3rd grade level.

Anywho, the sand dome is pretty solid, and the Nano's aren't going through.

no you just cant read also deidara bombs can enter through human skin (pores) gaara sand will have an opening

With full knowledge i'll give this to Gaara since he can counter C4 and in Sunagakure he has sand enough to counter C1-3, especially considering that Gaara's sand seems to be slightly faster than Deidaras clay.

On the other hand Deidara will use C0 and take them both out???

Gaara has no summons and no amount of Sand can stop and explosion like that.

But Gaara could just try to take him down before he gets the chance to use that...

In any case Deidara isn't surviving this match up in this location. If they weren't fighting in a desert i'd give it to Deidara though.

Deidara using C0 to take out Gaara doesn't give Deidara the fight, it would mean Deidara is <= Gaara. But it's debatable if Gaara's dome could tank C0.
