Honestly the only jutsu from Deidara which would give Minato a hard time is C4, other than that all of Deidara's attacks are escaped via ftg and his shunshin.

Actually, some other attacks might be a problem.

Elaborate then. Please.

C3. Minato's only chance is to try to S/T Barrier it and since this is alive Minato who needs some time to S/T something like that, it gives Deidara a perfect opening to hit him with a fast C1 bird.

Meh your not taking into factor of Minato's arsenal, dont really have the patience for this but Minato's clones play a very important role and can easily replace him in certain situations such as your s/t barrier and C3 Idea, the clone instead can prep the s/t barrier, not that it matters if the real minato is in the radius of the C3 explosion the clone can easily warp minato out via ftg not that it would come down to that situation honestly but if anything it can happen.

Charlie. Minato can create clones, but Deidara can create Clay clones as well. Not to mention that Dei uses his clones better than Minato uses his own and Dei's clones are deadlier. And Charlie.. FTG to escape C3 when it's big enough to destroy a village? The blast will envelope the FTG marks as well.

In the end, Minato simply cannot counter C4 without a Raiton, no matter how you look at it.

Counter if you want. Don't counter if you don't want to. It's your choice not mine. (._. )

The order of the matches are a bit weird so i'll just say how I think each one would end:

1. Deidara takes it low diff. He's superior to Tsunade and a terrible match up for her, so she doesn't really stand a chance.

2. Deidara stomps.

3. Could go both ways, but I think Deidara would take it high diff.

4. Deidara takes it mid diff. Orochimaru is strong, but he has no counter for C4.

5. This one depends quite a damn bit on whether or not Deidara starts in the air. If he does it could go both ways. If not Minato takes it low diff.

6. Deidara take it mid diff. He's a bad match up for Kisame, since Kisame won't be able to get in range.

7. The old classic :D I've always though that Deidara was a little superior to Sasori, but to be honest it could go both ways.

Even after I explained all of that to you, you still won't agree with me that Deidara beats Kisame, huh Zex? ( -_- )

With the starting distance being 40M, his only challenges are Kisame and Sasori.

I'd 6 or 7, not sure.

Actually, Deidara beats Kisame. Apparently, his explosives would create some kind of pressure underwater that would hit and kill Kisame and Samehada instantly due to the fact that the pressure affects their organs. Kisame is strong and all, but Deidara is a bad match up due to the fact that once he throws and detonates a bomb in the same water Kisame is in, it's over.

Underwater pressure killing Kisame and Samehada instantly? What are you even talking about. Kisame took on the full force of Hirudora directly under water, an attack that deals with and was still very much alive.

Eh, Hirudora is more like an advanced Fuuton technique so it blew away the water. It isn't an explosion or anything. Underwater explosions create these pressures that will go throught Kisame's skin and affect his organs.
