It's made by Legendary and the voice over was American, so it's most likely America. This will be the second American made Godzilla movie. I personally don't like the original Japanese Godzilla movies and Godzilla 1998 was my favorite.

Yes it was exclusively shown at comic con, but the vids were taken down due to a request from warner bros which is why up until today (or yesterday) people have only been seeing low quality screenshots of this teaser. It is still considered a leak since it hasn't officially been released to all of the public. Also judging from the responses so far on this thread, comic con wasn't enough to bring awareness about this teaser to the mass public
