Assuming you mean Yin Seal punch... Only the current Obito, Orochimaru, and plausibly the Hozuki's survive.

However, if it's the pre-yin...

Obito, Orochimaru, Hozuki (possible), Tsunade, Kakuzu (pending body structure), Kisame, Hashirama, Sandaime Raikage, and Hidan all probably survive.
