Yata does not Block any attacks

After further look into all of the Databook wording and manga wording in regards to Yata, Raikiri, Kamui, and any other jutsu, weapon, or whatever else. I have come to the conclusion that Yata mirror technically does not block anything at all but more so nullifies or redirects an attack.

In this thread I will analyze Kamui, Raikiri, and Yata Mirror.

With this being said Kamui, Raikiri, and Yata mirror definitions are all true without any Paradox.

First

Kamui:

states that no defense can stop this attack and this attack is unavoidable. So far in the manga this has been true EXCEPT for when Kamui is up against Kamui. In a sense you could say that if two like items cancel each other out then technically they are not blocked but simply destroyed one another making the definition stay true.

Raikiri: Cuts through anything (could not find databook scan) Anyways with this being said Raikiri definition has been proven true thus far since it has pierced everything that it has come up against.

I know how most people will say that Yata mirror blocks all but that is not the case at all. If we analyze Yata definition it actually does not block anything at all. What it does is use the same properties (No matter what) to cancel out the properties of an attack. With this being said if Yata mirror was hit with Kamui. Yata would convert to Kamui and thus use Kamui to destroy kamui just how it happended in the manga.

With this being said we can conclude that the Databook stands firm with it's definition since Yata is technically not defending anything it is just reflecting like properties on itself and thus nullifying instead of defending or blocking. It is Adapting instead of blocking

Yes it can reflect block Chibaku tensei, The moon itself and the double meteor from Madara, it can even reflect sounds genjutsu to reflect it, it can even reflect a space time jutsu.

Kishi was clear against kamui no defense is possible, yata mirror is a defense so no.

The Yata mirror reflects attacks in the manner you speak; however, it cannot likely reflect space and time.

Kamui is A dimension that literally exists in one individual's mind/eye (Obito). It's pretty much impossible for it to copy something that doesn't naturally exist... As Kamui opens a rift to a dimension in which the Yata doesn't exist. If it had transformed into Kamui, it theoretically would be sent into Kamui as it has used Kamui on itself. Having blocked the attack, it cannot re-register Kamui, and thus it would be lost in Kamuiland.


This also presents the fault of the mirror. It blocks attacks by reflecting them. As such, simultaneous strikes by different elements would in effect breach it due to the fact a mirror would be reflecting the first attack to hit it... The second attack not being blocked for the mirror reflects the first attack that's in the way.

Naturally Susanoo itself holds a strong defense, but combine strong enough attacks and one could overcome the Yata and Susanoo in this manner.

A second weakness would simply be to disable the Susanoo... Which was needed for it to appear. Things like Kabuto's Sound genjutsu would thus cancel it

Simultaneous attacks being nullified have been proven already with kunai and explosive tags. It blocked the steel kunai, kinetic explosion, and the fire damage from harming any thing.

You are indept with theoretical analysis on dimension jumping but your logic is bad due to the fact that Naruto itself proves that it is not that Advanced
