Well I don't really think ALL parents told their children to stay away from Naruto. I think mostly kids just picked up on the fear their parents had for Naruto.

But I wonder if any of Konoha 11's parents told their kids to stay away from Naruto. Hiashi was strict but even he didn't directly oppose Hinata talking to Naruto. Correct me if I am wrong here. Ofcourse, other parents didn't receive as much screen time as Ino-Shika-Cho and Kiba-Shino-Hinata.
