Restrictions:
No Fuuinjutsu on ppl. Sealing techniques in general are allowed, but not being used on people, like RDS, or totsuka (however totsuka may be used for in battle, but not to seal the opponent)

Terrain: Where Naruto fought Pain
Range: They all start mid range from each other, in a triangle formation.

Who would survive out of those 3? and how hard, and rank them,

3. first one that dies/loses

and maybe say with how much diff and shizz

Nagato's versatility would be too much for either of them to handle; Nagato survives, Minato comes second and Itachi dies first.
