I posted this thread before I went to school. I came back and it was gone. What happened to it?
Chinjao
Don Chinjao, formerly known as "Chinjao the Drill", is a former pirate, the leader of the Chinjao Family, and the former 12th leader of the Happo Navy. He also joined as a gladiator at the Corrida Colosseum to compete for the Mera Mera no Mi. He has a bounty of over 500,000,000 Beli.
Sai
Sai is a member of the Chinjao Family and the 13th leader of the Happo Navy. He is also a martial artist who joined as a gladiator at the Corrida Colosseum to compete for the Mera Mera no Mi.
Boo
Boo is a member of the Chinjao Family and the vice-leader of the Happo Navy. He is a martial artist who joined as a gladiator at the Corrida Colosseum to compete for the Mera Mera no Mi.
What do they all have in common? Happo Navy.Why is the Happo Navy so significant? Well if I just show you this image:
Scotch ("Iron Boy" Scotch is a pirate working under the Yonko Kaidou) has numbers tattooed onto him. Just like the Chinjao Family. Is this coincidence? NO!
We know that Kaidou is in a business deal with Doflamingo for devil fruits.
Yes I know it isn't a Zoan devil fruit. However it's still a fruit worth having right?Guess who was competing for it?

That's right. A member of the Blackbeard Pirates. Another Yonkou crew which has gone DF hunting. Kaidou most likely wants to stop Blackbeard from gaining any more devil fruits for his crew.Does anybody remember this being said?:
I believe the "goal" is to win the fruit as a prize and then give it to Kaidou. He sent them. They work for Kaidou. The Happo navy works for Kaidou.Now because they work for Kaidou : the Happo Navy would be a very reliable source of information.Chinjao lost his power (and therefore treasure) because of Garp. Chinjao now wants to help Luffy by giving him command over a large portion of the Happo Navy. With it comes Sai+Boo+Himself of course.
He is strong enough to help the M3+Law and I think it's possible he could join the alliance because of it. (Lowers the likelihood of failure. Gives the alliance valuable information and possibly an insight into Kaidous powers.)
And that is why I believe Chinjao and his grandchildren will join the Happou navy.
