Sasuke Susano arrow (no amaterasu) is equal to full BM Naruto tbb (yin and yang)?

There wasn't any matching of chakra levels to attack Obito.
Sasuke released the arrow separately while Naruto attacked the BD separately.
And I don't think Sasuke's arrow got that much potential equal to that of a TBB which Naruto created in the current chapter.
Also one more thing, that wasn't even a real actual sized TBB, That was like a single hand Rasengan version for the BSM Naruto.
