Shino just got panel time [WTFF] and we found out that the hokage gets up to 3 hokage advisors. So...

Naruto -Hokage

Shikamaru - Hokage advisor # 1

Kiba - Hokage advisor # 2

Sasuke - Hokage advisor # 3

Makes sense right?

Kiba just stated hes going to be one of naruto's advisors..It makes sense for him to be one as well

Kiba did not state he would be one of Naruto's advisers he said Shikamaru may be his adviser when he takes the position of Hokage(which we all know won't happen)

Shino then made a comment for comedic effect to Akamaru about Shikamaru being the 3rd adviser because Akamaru and Shino already play that role for Kiba.
