Naruto -Hokage

Shikamaru - Hokage advisor # 1

Kiba - Hokage advisor # 2

Sasuke - Hokage advisor # 3

The whole point of the manga is about not repeating the mistakes of the past. It would be contradictory to have Sasuke repeat Madara's actions/will.

Besides, everyone just presumes there is even going to be a fight, which is fallacious.

If there were going to be a fight, it would most likely be on friendly terms, to show each other how far they've come.
