People who are saying that sakura and tsunade saved shikamaru..Its wrong , naruto saved shikamaru by both his feelings and chakra, here's a prove:

Yes indeed it was Narutos Chakra (through his feelings) that saved Shikamaru, but it was Tsunade who completely healed Shikamaru (Shika is still too weak judging from the reaction of Chouji), though the pace at which Tsunade healed Shika is too fast IMO..

Lol but the fact still remains naruto did a greater job remember at last's issue Sakura and co already gave up so I think even tsunade would still not be able to heal him naruto healed sika internally probably by refilling his chakra.

Remember when Tsunade healed both Gaara and Tsuckikage at the same time, and restored them at full health considering Tsuckikage was badly injured and Gaara who was exhausted. To answer your question, without healing and Naruto's chakra, Shikamaru's recovery would have been slow.
